Did you ever see a movie called "L.A. Story"? Steve Martin plays a weatherman in Los Angeles who is bored with his job because the weather report is simply "Sunny" day after day after day.
That does sum up LA weather. In general, Disneyland temperatures fall between 70 - 86 degrees during the day for most of the year (45 - 63 at night). There is some variation however, from extreme heat (over 100) to rainy and relative cold (40's).

You can go to City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. and ask them for a list of what's closed.
In California Adventure, these rides may close:
When it comes to lightning, Disneyland doesn't fool around; all outdoor attractions will close.
